WHAT TO DO BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT TIME

• Remove all make up products and mascara
• Wash your hair 3-5 hrs before your appointment (avoiding wet your lashes 24hrs after the treatment

• Waterproof mascara should not be use at least 3 days before your appointment time
• Please be on time as the treatment will be cut short if you are late (it means fewer lashes for you for the same amount of cost). If you are late more than 15 mins, we have to cancel your booking and reschedule you to different time as we need time to work on your lashes ( no refund for booking fee in this situation sorry).

FOR LASH INFILLS BOOKING

• Please make sure you choose the correct weekly infill (according to your last appointment), to allow enough time for us to apply.
• We are happy to refill the work of other artists, however if the applied set does not match with our standards, we might remove and do a full set again
